Dr. Rifat chairs the scientific session at Geriastry 2.0
At India's national geriatric dental conference in Pune, Dr. Rifat chaired the scientific session and judged faculty research presentations.

Dr. Rifat was invited to chair the scientific session at Geriastry 2.0, the National Geriatric Dental Conference held with the Association of Geriatric Dentistry (AGeD) and the Indian Dental Association (IDA), and hosted by Bharati Vidyapeeth in Pune on 17 and 18 July 2026.
She also judged the faculty paper presentations, reviewing original research by dental teachers and academic clinicians.
Her certificate and trophy as Chairperson of Geriastry 2.0.
The conference theme was Comprehensive Geriatric Dental Care: A Holistic Approach to Healthy Ageing, close to the way Dr. Rifat practises every day.
